We are a multidisciplinary team of designers, makers and builders working together from concept to completion. Built on trust, collaboration and a shared willingness to learn from one another, our approach allows us to deliver a more considered and holistic outcome for every project.

Meet the Team

Jeremy is the founder and director of Keep Modular, a leader in prefabricated modular housing, where he specialises in delivering innovative, high-quality, and affordable housing solutions.

He is a licensed builder, having delivered residential projects for over 13 years, completing custom projects and high-quality homes while honing his expertise in design collaboration and project management.

Prior to Keep Modular, Jeremy worked as a project manager in civil construction for Downer Edi for 9 years, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects and developing efficient systems to manage teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Jeremy holds an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Construction, as well as a Certificate IV in Construction and Certificate III in Carpentry. He is also a licensed builder with over 20 years of industry experience.

Clarissa brings a wealth of experience and creative vision to Keep Modular as Creative Director. With 19 years as a photographer and 13 years creating Keep Constructions, she has honed her expertise in branding, client relationships, and interior design.

Her previous studies in interior design perfectly complement her leadership role, enabling her to drive the company’s vision with an unparalleled eye for detail and creative flair.

At Keep Modular, Clarissa oversees all design aspects, ensuring every project embodies the high-quality standards and aesthetic excellence the company is known for. Her passion and dedication continue to shape Keep Modular into an industry leader.

Jordan has been a key member of Keep for five years, with more than a decade of experience in construction. Holding a Certificate III in Carpentry,

Jordan is a strong leader known for his problem-solving skills and excellent communication. His deep industry knowledge and practical approach make him an indispensable part of the Keep team.

Jordan Dobell

Dane is Keep's senior carpenter with over 10 years of experience, including three years with Keep. Holding Certificate III in Carpentry and IV in Construction, he is a master of his trade with exceptional attention to detail.

Dane's deep knowledge of modular building and construction ensures the high-quality standards that Keep is known for. His expertise is integral to the success of every project.

Dane Ornsby

Shem brings a unique blend of experience in community support, client services, and hands-on project delivery to his role as Client Relationship Manager at Keep Modular.
His career began in education as a Student Support Officer, before stepping into a key role during the Northern Rivers floods as the main contact for the NSW Recovery Volunteer Hub. There he coordinated volunteers, supported families, and gained valuable hands-on experience in renovations and rebuilding.

He also served a two-year humanitarian mission in Adelaide and Alice Springs, delivering life skills and mentoring programs, before moving into the disability sector as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
With a reputation for being approachable and solutions-focused, Shem now draws on his diverse background to build strong client relationships at Keep Modular, ensuring every client feels supported and confident throughout their modular building journey.

Richard brings 25 years of industry experience as an accredited building designer and member of the Building Designers Association of Australia. With a background spanning private practice, national builders, and over 10 years working under the Keep banner, he delivers innovative, compliant and practical design solutions.

His deep understanding of Australian building regulations and ability to balance creativity with technical rigour ensure every project is both functional and inspiring

Richard Berends

Ernie brings over 45 years of experience in the construction industry to Keep, with a strong background as a qualified and experienced boilermaker. His extensive expertise in civil works and steel fabrication makes him a vital part of our team.

Ernie plays a key role in the installation of our modular homes, overseeing site installs and providing practical solutions for challenging blocks. As an experienced machine operator, his skills and knowledge are essential to Keep's success.

Jeremiah is Keep's dedicated laborer and an invaluable part of our team. With five years at Keep, he’s always full of energy and enthusiasm, ready to tackle any task and get his hands dirty to help deliver our projects. His hard work, loyalty, and can-do attitude make him a key contributor to Keep.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Sydney and brings a multidisciplinary design background to Keep Modular.

Nominated for the 2024 AIA Student Awards, He specialises in visual communication, helping translate modular concepts into clear and technically resolved outcomes. Kevin contributes to concept development, detailed documentation, project coordination, and client communication.

With strong problem-solving skills and experience developed through tutoring, he plays a key role in influencing the overall design language and project workflow at Keep Modular.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of New South Wales and brings strong skills in design, visual communication, rendering and digital visualisation to Keep Modular. She has adapted her architectural training to the modular design process, helping translate concepts into clear, client-aligned outcomes.

With more than seven years of customer-service experience, Mary approaches each project with empathy and a strong focus on understanding client needs, enabling her to support thoughtful and practical design decisions.
At Keep Modular, she contributes to design development, documentation and visual presentation, ensuring every project is delivered with clarity, quality and aesthetic integrity.

Eljay is an Apprentice Carpenter at Keep Modular with a strong interest in construction that started early, spending time on building sites and learning the basics first-hand.
He has completed a Certificate II in Construction Pathways, giving him a solid foundation as he continues to develop his skills on-site. Eljay brings energy and commitment to his role, focused on learning the craft and contributing to high-quality builds.

Zoe is an Apprentice Carpenter and the newest member of our team. She has spent the majority of her apprenticeship under our lead carpenters, learning the trade first-hand and from their guidance.
