Blending high-end craftmanship with sustainable construction
1. Free discovery call and factory visit
To get started, make an enquiry online or call us to discuss your project. We can give you a rough idea of cost and feasibility on the spot.
2. Feasibility assessment - $2,500 + GST
Our architect, engineer, town planner and certifier investigate and then assess the feasibility of your project.
3. Custom design - $2,500 + GST
We work with our architect and interior designer to create your dream home.
4. Planning and permits (if required) - from $12,000 + GST
We obtain all required permits, surveys and reports and engage consultants as needed.
5. Manufacture in our factory
Construction commences in our Croydon factory. You are welcome to inspect your build and join in the journey.
6. Installation
We deliver and then install your project on your property. we take care of earthworks, foundations and utilities connections.
7. Key handover
Our private certifier signs off on your project. Enjoy!
