Visualisation Service
Once designs are approved, construction can begin either via Keep Modular (MMC), or Keep Construction (Traditional).
Pathways to Construction
The design is developed and refined, with visualisation used to support decision-making throughout the process. Design documentation is prepared to suit the relevant approval pathway, whether DA-ready or CDC-ready, ensuring the project is ready to proceed through planning.
Design Development & Approvals

Initial Enquiry
We review the relevant planning controls, including the LEP and DCP, to assess feasibility and recommend the most appropriate planning pathway. An initial concept is prepared to test layout, scale, and siting, followed by a clear proposal outlining scope and next steps.
Feasibility Assessment
Our design services are structured to guide projects from initial enquiry through to resolved, buildable design — using visualisation as a core decision-making tool at every stage. Rather than relying on drawings alone, we use renders, walkthroughs, and visual studies to help clients clearly understand their project before committing to approvals or construction.
Our Design Process
Our design team produces animation tools that communicate how buildings are assembled, staged and delivered. These visuals explain construction logic and sequencing where conventional drawings may not be sufficient.
