A two-bedroom Duo-Forma, upgraded and adapted for a rear site, adding a second dwelling and increasing the value of the property. The base Duo-Forma has been extended with a timber deck, awnings with side fins, a skylight and two-tone timber cladding. Two bedrooms and the bathroom sit along one side of a central hall. The kitchen, meals and lounge open onto the deck.

Manufactured off-site as two volumetric modules, the building was built in a controlled factory environment before being delivered to a constrained rear site. That reduced time on site and limited disruption to the existing home. Construction began in late April, and the modules were installed in July.
